Thematic area
What newspaper industry, the Farmer Ticinese is mainly engaged in the dissemination of information related to the reality of farmers, the publisher is represented by the Peasants Ticinesi (UCT). The editorial staff's own Ticinese also strives to treat all issues related to the primary sector in general. The work of synthesis, coordination and filtering of information is done taking into account the reports that come both from individual readers, and by many associations and interest groups that characterize the agricultural landscape. Another activity is the attempt to open a window on the rest of society regional, cantonal, national and international level through the inclusion in the rural context.
Publication
The Ticinese Farmer is published weekly on Fridays, in an edition consisting of 16 or 20 pages. Every two weeks has brought a "Special" central. Currently, the print run is set to 5'600 copies. In the pages of newspaper space are: stories and press releases, in-depth and special services, some twenty sections and advertising space. Note that for the preparation of articles, the editors can use the support of numerous collaborators and external specialists.
